Initial consultations will run for 60 minutes, however, there is a lot of work and research that goes on behind the scenes to provide clients with a detailed and evidence-based treatment plan.

In their treatment plans, clients will receive:

  • Full 7-day meal plan including shopping lists, and recipes customised to your eating habits and case

  • Health goals agreed upon by myself and the client

  • Treatment plan inclusive of dietary and lifestyle advice and education

  • Supplementation prescription, if required (cost of prescription will be separate from consultation)

  • Patient hand-outs designed by myself 

  • Results and chart tracking of physical examinations conducted

Discovery Call

10 minutes


A 15-minute phone call to see if we make a good match, and the services I provide fit with your health goals and case. Here we can discuss how the consultation will run, treatment options, and type of support you may need. 

Follow-Up Consultation

40 minutes

An extension of an initial consultation, here I will assess how you have gone with your treatment plan, any changes we need to make and a re-assessment of your body's systems. We will also discuss test results, if any were ordered

An itital consultation is primarily about collecting in-depth information about your presenting case and history. I will collect data on your body's systems such as gastrointestinal, immune, nervous, reproductive, endocine etc. to then tailor a completely personalised treatment plan. 

Meal Plan

40 minutes

A nutritional assessment is a 40-minute consultation, where I will assess your diet, making sure you are hitting your daily recommended values, and offering you a full individualised Meal Plan inclusive of recipes, shopping lists, and nutrient values.

    Nutrition consults are claimable on some health funds, please check with your provider before booking a consultation 

  • The term 'Nutritionist' isn't legally regulated in Australia
    As a registered clinical nutritionist, I have completed a 3-year bachelor of Health Science (specialising in Nutritional Medicine). I am also a member of a professional Association (ANTA) and am activley engaed in ongoing education through seminars, webinars and short courses

  • What is the difference between a Nutritionist and Dietitian?
    Although slightly different qualifications, nutritionists and dietitians practice quite similarly. However, Dietitians tend to work in more medical settings, and consultations can be claimed back on Medicare, whilst Nutritionists focus on education, diet, specific foods, and supplementation to support all areas of health- kind of like a health coach

Cancellation policies


  • You will be sent an email reminder 24 hours before appointment

  • No-Show, 50% total fee will be charged 

  • Please make sure you arrive on time, or this may carry over into your appointment time

  • Please cancel or reschedule your appointment via phone or email, and not through spcial media platforms

We all have things that come up and change our schedules, therefore, I will try to be as flexible as possible and accommodate you where I can, so please feel free to reach out if you need to reschedule your booking.

Records Keeping

  • Client records must be kept for seven years after the client’s treatment or care ceases (adults)

  • For minors (under 18 years) records must be kept until the client reaches the age of 25 years.

  • Paper records must be disposed of appropriately after seven years, such as in a paper shredder
