Service Description

A nutritional assessment is a short 30 minute consultation, where I will assess your diet and lifestyle, making sure you are hitting your daily recommended values, and offering you education and advice on changes to support your health and wellbeing. Cancellation​ -You will be sent an email reminder 24 hours before appointment -No-Show, 50% deposit will be charged  -Please make sure you arrive on time, or this may carry over into your appointment time -Please cancel or reschedule your appointment via phone or email, and not through spcial media platforms We all have things that come up and change our schedules, therefore, I will try to be as flexible as possible and accommodate you where I can, so please feel free to reach out if you need to reschedule your booking.
